Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for buying summit tickets at blockchaineconomy.london. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the services we provide.
As with any buying experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at blockchaineconomy.london. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by making a purchase at blockchaineconomy.london, you agree to the terms along with blockchaineconomy.london’s Privacy Policy.
If the date of the event changes after purchasing the ticket, the ticket you bought remains valid for the newly determined date.
You can only update, correct or change the information on your ticket once until the last sixty (60) days before the event. Tickets are non-refundable.

Obligations & Prohibitions

Attendees have to be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase a ticket and/or attend the Event. During the Event, wear the Attendee's badge on the neck and do not take it off when you are in the Event Venue. The badge is for individual use only and transferring it to others is forbidden. In case of not wearing the badge or transferring the badge to someone else we reserve the right to exclude you from the Event and take you out from the Venue. It is mandatory to follow general safety rules, generally accepted norms of behavior and not to cause inconvenience to other participants during the Event. It is prohibited to bring with you dogs, pets or any kind of animals, thrust and cutting objects, alcoholic, narcotics and psychotropic substances, any type of weapon in the Event Venue. We reserve the right to withdraw products and items prohibited in the Event Venue. It is also prohibited to be in a state of alcohol, narcotic and other intoxication in the area of the Event. Smoking of tobacco products, vapes and electronic cigarettes in the Event Hall is forbidden. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. It is strictly prohibited to undertake any gambling or trading activities at the Event. It is not allowed to distribute any brochures or advertising materials of companies during the whole Event if it's not in the sponsorship terms. It is forbidden to distribute invitations for any other event in our Event Venue from the starting of the Event till the ending of the Event. Any materials containing defamatory information and harmful to the reputation of third parties and/or companies are prohibited to distribute. In the case of the Attendee’s verbal and/or written statements, that are violating norms of behavior by covert or overt criminal, law-breaching activities, offensive or harmful to reputation of the blockchaineconomy.london, its employees, volunteers or other related parties, the Attendee shall be immediately removed from the Event Venue without the right to a refund of the ticket price.

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements or suggestions (collectively, "Suggestions") provided by you to blockchaineconomy.london with respect to the website shall remain the sole and exclusive property of blockchaineconomy.london.
